E-commerce Shoot (4 hours)
Once the scheduled shoot has taken place, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable. This includes all photography, videography, and any other related services provided during the session.
Raw Content Delivery
All raw footage or unedited photos will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot. Delivery will be made via a secure online link or preferred method agreed upon in advance.Edited Content Delivery
Final edited content will be delivered within 72 hours after the raw content has been delivered. This includes all agreed-upon edits, retouching, and final formatting.
